Breathing IIU air again. Despite the short break that I had, I actually missed IIU and my friends and was rather eager to be back here in IIU. So here I am, chilling out at ITD.
1. Classes:
Taking 6 classes, NO MORE 7 please. 3 CoRe (core COmparative REligion subjects) 2 electives and 1 Soca subjects.
> Myth- Islamic Critique (yey!! interesting course with Dr wan sabri)
> Research Methodology (with Dr wan Sabri again, he remembers me already)
> Muslim Scholars’ Critique on other religions (with idol/mentor: Dr Kamar)
> Population and Society (acronymally Pop Soc. how cool is that)
> Intro to Economics (feeling budak econs this semester)
> Contemporary Islamic ….(forgot its full version)
2. New Studs
I mean new students. There’s 14 of them 10: sister, 4: brothers> which means, masih adalah budak lelaki Singapore (ingatkan dah nak pupus)
As the exco of ASSIIUM, bearing the position of …….., am so excited to meet the new studs! It’s going to be an EXCITING semester, both in a good and (hopefully NONE) bad way, there’s a new girl in town. Looking out for her. And there’s the programmes for ASSIIUM. LOVE the new excos. MISSING THE OLD EXCOs.
3. MRC
yes the usual MRCs, some cleaning up jobs to be done, and a possible follow-up for Mekar, beginning to miss the people of Mekar already. And already facing the ever grumpy office, ever finding fault with us.
am so looking forward to th enew semester. Hoping for better days and memorable moments.
